Our founder
Radek Klein didn’t start as a CEO. He began at a hot grill in a small stand in Brno – rolling dough, baking trdelníks, and closing the stall himself. But he knew that even a small stand could grow into a big brand.
That’s how Twistcafe was created 11 years ago. From a single operation, he built the largest chimney-cake network in the Czech Republic.
Today, Radek is the CEO and co-owner of the TWIST group with 12 brands, one of the fastest-growing franchise ecosystems. From a stand to a network – his journey is the reason why we can successfully guide new partners in building their businesses.

I have been part of Twistcafe as a franchisee for more than a year and a half and would like to share my perspective.
The project has been dynamically evolving the entire time I’ve been working with the company, and it continues to evolve today. I entered this investment and business opportunity knowing that rapid growth can sometimes mean things aren’t perfectly set up. I first operated my franchise abroad, but when I decided to move it to Prague to have my business closer, we agreed on everything without issues, and now I have a franchise I am very happy with.
I have been working with Twistcafe since 2022 and currently operate three branches in Slovakia.
During our cooperation, we also dealt with relocating some branches to more suitable locations when it became clear the original ones weren’t ideal. I appreciate that the Twist team always showed a willingness to find solutions – quickly, constructively, and to our mutual satisfaction.
